Dave Logsdon started commercial fishing along the Oregon coast in 1972. His boat the F/V Grace Elizabeth catches salmon, ling cod, halibut, and albacore tuna.
Dave's locally-owned family business catches and sells fresh tuna to the public in Newport, Oregon during the July-to-September tuna season.
He fishes each week during tuna season (weather permitting) and then sells on the Newport dock on weekends. This website shows when he'll be in port. You can also join his contact list.
Dave is currently catching Chinook salmon, halibut, lingcod, and rockfish. Albacore tuna will be available in July.
